The winner of Fantaseed.com’s college football national championship is Florida. After the Jan. 7th BCS championship game the national media recognized Alabama as the champion. However, based upon computer rankings and the college bowl brackets game, Fantaseed.com has determined that Floridais the national champion. Fantaseed.com’s bracket game included sixty-four bowl teams. Teams advanced based upon a combination of their margin of victory in their bowl game and computer rankings. The other teams that made the “final four” were Alabama, Nebraska, and Ole Miss. Florida beat Nebraska 61 to 54 in the championship game. If FCS college football ever moves to a playoff system, Florida can look back and say they were the first playoff “national champions”.
